The weather has turned cooler here in Atlanta, so long-sleeve dresses are back on the menu!
Today's dress is a shift dress; it's designed to just hang on the body, so it doesn't do much for the figure if you happen to be curvy like me.
Milly did make an effort with other elements here, though. I especially like the puff sleeves -- and the fact that they are long -- and the velvet leopard print. Plus, the best thing about a shift dress is that it's very comfortable. You don't have to worry about your "wobbly bits" showing and you can leave the Spanx at home.
I also had fun doing my makeup. A dark eye and light lip is one of my favorite makeup combinations. I didn't use blush, either. I just added a little bronzer on my cheekbones.

Dress: Milly Lylah Blouson Sleeve Velvet Leopard Dress
Shoes: Jimmy Choo Emily Crisscross Platform Sandals (no longer available)
I really debated what shoes to wear here. Since the dress isn't altogether flattering, I wanted to put the emphasis on my legs. The best way to elongate the legs is to wear a light or neutral colored shoe, so I went with these metallic colored Jimmy Choo sandals.
