Orange You Glad

Wow, it's been awhile since I posted a new outfit! Sorry for the pause, but things have been so busy the past few months, between work, our vacation in Spain and just life in general! I hope to start posting more regularly again going forward.

On to today's outfit...

It's been super warm in Atlanta the last few days, so I was glad for the opportunity to wear this orange Alice + Olivia dress. I went all matchy-matchy with my Sophia Webster purse and shoes, too.

Lyla Lila

Lyla Lila is quickly becoming our favorite restaurant. We ate there Saturday night with our good friends, Rahul and Vinnie, and had a wonderful time, as always. I'm wearing an Alice + Olivia dress I originally wore back in 2017 and Sophia Webster Chiara Embroidered Sandals, which I've also had several years.

These winged sandals make such a dramatic statement, so they are worth every penny (in my opinion)! This exact pair is sold out, but here's a similar style available now at Bloomingdale's. 

And doesn't my hubby look amazing in blue? I still can't believe how lucky I am to have married such a handsome guy, even after all these years together.

Whenever Chapin and I go out, I always try to get a picture of us together; it's a nice memory, right?

Milly Girl

Today I'm wearing Milly -- and I wore it over the weekend when I had dinner out with some friends. I never tire of the feminine, beautiful dresses in bold colors, unique patterns and flattering silhouettes.

Dress the Population

I don't have too many dresses from the Dress the Population brand, but this particular dress fits so well -- and is so flattering -- I'm considering buying it in other colors!

Like Butter

Happy First Day of Summer! I celebrated the occasion by wearing this festive yellow dress from Shoshanna. It's adorned with silver stars and flows so easily on such a hot day!

You can button up the neck and just have a keyhole opening show, or you can leave the neckline open like I did. It's so hot today, I didn't have a choice!

These platform sandals helped give me the height I needed to walk in the dress without tripping -- and match perfectly with the overall look.

Heat Wave

It is so hot in Atlanta! I am very thankful for air conditioning this week. That's one luxury I don't think I could live without. 

Today's dress is a cute confection from Alice + Olivia. I love the puffed up sleeves and floral print. I know the dress is a bit short, but I work hard to keep myself in shape, so I should get to show off my legs once in awhile. ;) I actually did my 2,100th Peloton bike ride this morning, and even received a shout out from Cody, one of my favorite instructors. I love that bike so much!

Today I'm wearing a gift from my little sister, Laura. I thought it was appropriate since it's her hubby's birthday today! 

I know it's not technically summer, but it is so hot and humid in Atlanta already, and if anything says summer, it's this outfit. The gingham print is a summer staple, and my shoes are adorned with summery fruits like coconuts and watermelon. If you want whimsical, cute shoes, you need a pair of shoes by Sophia Webster!
