This dress has a tulip hem, so it's extra special to me because of our little girl, Tulip. She is a force to be reckoned with -- just like this dress.
The color is also fabulous and goes so well with these pumps. I did my eyes up with blue eye shadow, too; I love experimenting with eye makeup.

The dress is very fitted, so even though it does have pockets, they are not very usable. The design is overall very flattering and fun to wear. The color just pops!
