The dress is almost sold out, but you can still buy it in a similar print at Bloomingdales.com. I'm wearing an XS for reference.
The AQUA brand is only available at Bloomingdale's and you can get some high-quality, fashionable dresses (and other clothing and accessories) for very reasonable prices. I definitely recommend it, especially if you're on a budget.
Shopping Tip: While coupon codes don't work for a lot of the brands I like to buy, they always work on AQUA items.
