The Rainbow Connection

The changing weather in Atlanta - hot one day, freezing the next - is not ideal for someone like me, who has suffered from allergy and sinus problems since childhood. It's hard to dress for this type of weather, too, but since I am deep in the Fashion Challenge, I have to use up all my short dresses before it's too late.

So that's why I chose this Rebecca Taylor navy topstitch dress for today. I love this dress for the way it hugs a woman's curves, and the topstitch detailing draws the eye away from the parts you hate. I could not find the exact dress online, but it's still available at Revolve Clothing (and on sale, too) in another color.

I like pairing navy and brown, so I am wearing the BCBGirls shoes my wonderful mother-in-law, Sheila, gave me for my birthday. They also have some stripe detailing, so I think they complement this dress quite well!

After I received two pairs of shoes for my birthday this year, Chapin told his family not to ever buy me shoes again, because I have so many. Well, I'm here to tell you: a girl can never have too many pairs of shoes!
